About the event
Allison Field-Juma will be sharing information and answering questions about the history and future of the Concord River and the Talbot Mills Dam. Learn about the project to remove the Talbot Mills Dam on the Concord River in North Billerica that will restore migratory fish passage, reduce flooding, and improve water quality. She will also give an update on the permitting process which begins in June.
